1. Description of Services

PropTraderPerks provides a platform where users can:

  • Access exclusive cashback rebates when purchasing funded trading accounts through our partner prop firms.
  • Participate in raffles, lotteries, and community rewards.
  • Gain additional perks, discounts, and promotional benefits from affiliate partnerships.
  • Engage with a growing trader community focused on education, transparency, and collaboration.

We do not sell trading accounts directly; instead, we operate as an affiliate partner providing added value to traders.

2. User Conduct & Responsibilities

  • Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services.
  • Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and all activity under your account.
  • Acceptable Use: Our platform must be used only for legitimate purposes - earning rebates, entering raffles, and accessing community features. Misuse, including fraudulent purchases, chargebacks, or attempts to manipulate rewards, will result in suspension or termination.
  • Accuracy of Information: Users must provide accurate personal and account details when registering. False or misleading information may result in forfeiture of rewards.
  • One Account Policy: Each user may only maintain a single account unless otherwise permitted in writing by PropTraderPerks.

3. Cashback Rewards Program

  • Eligibility: Cashback is available only for purchases made using our code "PERK" and through valid referral links provided by PropTraderPerks.
  • Verification: Cashback is subject to confirmation by the partner prop firm. We reserve the right to withhold or cancel rebates until confirmation is received.
  • Payment of Cashback: Cashback may be paid out via supported payment methods (PayPal) according to our published schedules.
  • Exclusions: Some products, discounts, or purchases may not qualify for cashback. Partner firms may change their terms without notice, and PropTraderPerks is not liable for any such changes.
  • Disputes: Any cashback discrepancies must be reported within 30 days of purchase.

4. Affiliate Disclosure

PropTraderPerks partners with third-party prop firms and may earn a commission when users make purchases through our links. This commission comes at no additional cost to you and helps fund our cashback program, raffles, and community services.

5. Raffles, Lotteries & Community Rewards

  • Eligibility: Participation may require a verified account and/or qualifying purchases.
  • Ticket Allocation: Tickets may be earned through purchases, community activities, or promotional offers.
  • Winnings: Winners will be selected randomly and contacted via their registered email. If a winner does not claim their prize within the specified timeframe, the prize may be forfeited.
  • Fair Play: Any attempts to manipulate raffle entries, use automated tools, or submit fraudulent entries will result in disqualification.
  • No Guarantee: Participation does not guarantee winnings.

6. Accuracy & Validity Disclaimer

While PropTraderPerks strives to provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding partner firms and rewards, we make no guarantees regarding:

  • Accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of information displayed.
  • Availability of cashback or promotions from partner firms.
  • Performance or policies of third-party companies.

7. Independent Third-Party Disclaimer

PropTraderPerks operates independently and has no control over partner firms’ rules, policies, payouts, or operational decisions. Any disputes with a partner firm must be resolved directly with that firm.

8. Fraud & Abuse Prevention

Any attempt to exploit the cashback program, raffles, or affiliate system - including but not limited to false claims, duplicate accounts, or fraudulent transactions - may result in:

  • Immediate account suspension or termination.
  • Forfeiture of rewards and raffle entries.
  • Legal action, where applicable.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • PropTraderPerks is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our site, reliance on displayed information, or participation in rewards programs.
  • Users accept full responsibility for their trading decisions and financial outcomes.
  • We do not provide financial advice; all information provided is for general educational and promotional purposes only.

10. Indemnification

By using our services, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless PropTraderPerks, its affiliates, partners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or liabilities resulting from your actions or misuse of the platform.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in London.

12. Changes to Terms

PropTraderPerks may update these Terms from time to time. Significant updates will be communicated to users via email or platform notices. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
