1. Open the User Dashboard
   Click User Dashboard at the top-right and create your account.
2. Use the correct email
   Register with the same email address you use for your prop firm purchases so tracking matches instantly.
3. Verify & Explore
   After logging in, you can:
   • See purchase activity and claim history
   • Check wallet balance and rewards
   • Manage payout settings and withdrawals

Follow these rules to make sure your order is tracked and eligible:

• Buy via our links or use the code
  Start from our site and click the prop firm’s button or apply promo code PERK at checkout.
• Keep your details
  Save the prop firm Order ID and the purchase email - you’ll need both for your claim.
• Currently eligible firms include:
  • Alpha Futures
  • FundingTicks
  • Lucid Trading
  • TradeDay

Doesn’t Qualify

• Orders without PERK and not started from our links
• Direct purchases where no commission is tracked on our side
• Cancelled, refunded or heavily altered orders

• Go to Cashback Claims
  In the User Dashboard, open Claims and start a new submission.
• Provide your order details
  • Select the firm you made a purchase with.
  • Order ID / reference number.
  • Individual account costs after any applied discounts (what you paid) — optional, but speeds up processing.
  • Purchase date.
• Batch up to 10
  You can include up to 10 orders (from the same firm) in a single submission.
• Time window
  Submit within 30 days of purchase to be eligible.

• Review timeline
  Claims are usually reviewed within 24 hours (allow up to 2 business days in busy periods).
• Your Dashboard will update, and we’ll email your status:
  • ✅ Approved - Cashback added to your wallet. If our team make amendments, you’ll be notified.
  • ⛔ Rejected - Duplicate Order ID / We couldn’t match the order / Details don’t match the record.
• Fixing issues
  If more info is needed, we’ll message you with exactly what to update.
• Track it anytime
  Status and history are always visible in your Dashboard.

• Minimum balance
  You’ll need at least $50 in your wallet to withdraw.
• Set your method
  In Payment Settings, choose your payout method (currently PayPal).
• Make a request
  • Submit one request at a time
  • Maximum per request: $750
  • Flat $3 withdrawal fee (e.g., $100 → $97)
• Timing
  Requests are approved within 2 business days; funds are sent immediately after approval.
• Review past payouts
  Check status and previous payouts in your Dashboard.
